We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Consumers are advised to return products in the same condition in which they received them; any damage or handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning may lead to a decrease in the value of the goods.

For sealed cosmetic products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or health protection, the right of withdrawal lapses if the seal is removed after delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors attributable to NYV.
