Shipping policy

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: On all orders of €79 or more.

• Under €79: A flat shipping fee applies—€5 for Italy and €9.99 for the rest of Europe.

Delivery Times

We ship throughout Italy via BRT/FedEx, with delivery typically taking 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

Order Processing

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed by 12:00 PM (CET) on business days are handed over to the courier the same day.

• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can follow your shipment’s progress at brt.it or fedex.com.
